Tour Update 5&6:
So we’ve been out in the sticks but we finally found ourselves at the church of Starbucks with A/C and WiFi. So wednesday night we played at the Punk Porch in Columbus, Ohio. To say the least Ohio had treated us well, our promoter Ryan welcomed us with homemade chili and an escort to our “venue” for the night. We played outside on a bike path overlooking a river and after some generator repair issues it went off without a hitch. Ryan’s band Lose The Tude played last and rocked us with their old school and well-done punk style. Ryan’s brother Austin put us up for the night in an amazingly air conditioned living room, with a deceptively cute but dangerous cat named Arthur. After driving in the 100 degree weather over hours of flat road and cornfields in Indiana we came to Farmland.. which coincidentally was the most inhabited area we had seen yet. Played in the Lions Club and made some awesome friends in Quite The Vacation, and the guitarist Jamie put us up for the night in his house. Spoiled with A/C, pasta, and sleeping space once again today we leave for Delphi, IN and then Chicago tonight to stay with Mikey from Midi and The Modern Dance.
